Rain doesn't Dampen Tigers Working Bee.

Torrential rain last Saturday didn’t stop approx. 50 players, volunteers and supporters

attend the Clubs annual working bee at Aulich Park. Considering the conditions, it was heartening to see so many faces prepared to do what ever was directed towards them without complaint.

On the back of the heavy rain on the previous Monday that saw the ground flood (pictures below), conditions were just as tough on Saturday and it didn't take long for everything to be waterlogged once again.

To those who worked in the rain particularly those installing new bench seating, those

clearing the retaining wall walkway of debris after the recent ground flooding and to those whipper snipping, collecting rubbish and generally cleaning up the facility a huge thank you.

Power points were installed in the visitor change rooms, gutters cleaned, storerooms rearranged and cleaned, the ground PA system upgraded, seats and coaches boxes in grandstand cleaned, stove and cupboard installed in office, canteen and gym cleaned, painting etc in change rooms and all toilets and wet areas cleaned.

A fantastic effort by all in attendance, the ground is ready so bring on the Trial Games!
